There has been very many threads on the ICTIPS mailing list on this topic. Herewith I am summarizing the responses received. There is NO implicit or explicit favourism in the following list, just what I have come across and thought might be useful to Indian Engineers.


CDAC Advanced Computing Training School offers a diploma in VLSI and it has branches all over India, so visit their Home Page and send them a mail to find out the closest location to you.
